Dear Subscribers,
I know that I’m late to the party, in wishing some of you a happy holiday. Apologies.
Most greetings, around this time of year, begin with auspicious phrases like, “May you …” But this season, it seems that I should finish the sentence with; not get a virus, not fight with your fellow “them” over policies and beliefs, not live in a world of fears and frustrations.
Look, problems and challenges are hardly new to the human experience. How we seem to be handling them, IS new, and perhaps wrong. I can’t fix that and I’m far from being guilt free. But I try to put myself in check, from time to time, reminding and remembering what’s really important to me and to a better journey, while above ground.
So, as we round another of life’s corners, as Christmas-time always seems to be, “May you … find some peace in your heart and mind, sooner than later!”
Thank you for subscribing, reading, and sharing. Now, put your damn phone down & go converse with someone - even if it’s from six feet away.
XO
Joseph Anthony
